The library is open from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday and from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on a Saturday.

General Policies:

1. 1. A student is allowed to enter the library provided he presents his ID to the library staff in charge.
2. 2. A student may borrow library resources with his library card that is issued to him upon enrollment. The library card, however, is non-transferable. In case it lost, it must be reported immediately for replacement upon payment of corresponding fees.
3. 3. Students are allowed to use the non-print materials on a “First Come, First Served” basis.
4. 4. Encyclopedias, dictionaries, manuals, periodicals and other references of this kind shall be used only inside the library.
5. 5. Eating or drinking is not allowed inside the library.
6. 6. A student who wishes to visit other libraries in other places must request for a referral letter from the CLDHEI librarian.
7. 7. Ensures the implementation of disciplinary action on erring students; monitors status of students involved in discipline cases and provides recommendation to school authorities for retention or dismissal....

Loaning terms and Procedure:

1. 1. A book may be borrowed for overnight use, at 3:00 p.m. and must be returned not later than 9:00 a.m. the following school day.
2. 2. A fine, computed on an hourly basis, is imposed for overdue books.
3. 3. Lost or damaged books shall be replaced or paid (based on current price) not later than 15 days after the due date.
