START OF ENROLLMENT
– Basic Education Enrollment will start on June 1, 2020 until all slots are completed.
ENROLLMENT PROCESS
A. There will be NO ENTRANCE EXAM for new students in all levels. But a short online interview facilitated by the coordinators will be conducted.
B. Enrollment can be done either Assisted/Online.
ASSISTED ENROLLMENT
1. Schedule for assisted enrollment will be posted on the Basic Education official Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/cldheibasiced/
2. Only 50 transactions will be entertained per day from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
3. Enrollees’ parents/guardians must bring the following requirements (if possible):
a. For Old Students
– Report Card/Form 138
b. For New Students
– 2 x2 Picture
– Report Card
– Photocopy of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
– Good Moral Character Certificate
4. All parents/guardians will come to school wearing masks, observing precautionary and safety measures and other protocols mandated by the school and the government.
ONLINE ENROLLMENT
1. A link for the online enrollment will be posted on the Basic Education official Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/cldheibasiced/
2. The link will only be available from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm per day for queuing.
ONLINE ENROLLMENT
3. For new student they must attached a soft copy of the following documents:
a. Report Card
b. Photocopy of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
c. Good Moral Character Certificate
4. All submitted online application for the enrollment will be process within 2 to 3 days. An email will be sent once the application is approved.
