NOTICE: Please be advised that beginning the Academic Year 2022-2023, all student’s clearances are to be processed within the campus. The procedures below are no longer applicable.
How to process the Student’s Clearance Form AY 2021-2022
This form shall be required upon enrollment of 1st year to 5th year Tertiary Students.
Step 1 – ACCOMPLISH CLEARANCE FORM

Kindly take note of the following:
- Ensure full settlement of all the fees due for the semester, and compliance with the requirements of your respective Deans, the Library Department and the Student Affairs Office (SAO).
- For payments made through deposit to Metrobank branches or through online banking, send the validated deposit slip or screenshot of successful fund transfer to treasury@cldhei.edu.ph.
- When sending the validated deposit slip or screenshot of successful fund transfer, please follow the subject format as follows:
Validated Deposit Slip_Student Name_Student Number or Fund Transfer_Student Name_Student Number.
Below is a sample email:
- Please allow 2 – 3 business days for payment validation before student may be cleared by Accounting.
Step 2 – WAIT FOR THE SIGNED CLEARANCE FORM
- Wait for the signed clearance form to be sent by the Student Affairs Office in your registered e-mail address. You may check the status of your clearance by clicking here
- If you have been cleared by ALL signatories yet have not received your clearance form in your registered email, you may request for a copy of your clearance by sending an email to admission@cldhei.edu.ph.
