In times like this, as the opening of school is very much on the minds of parents across the country right now, we would like to inform you that CLDH EI is doing their very best efforts to provide quality education. It is for this very reason that CLDH EI will continue to serve you this upcoming school year.
A. ISSUANCE OF CARDS AND CREDENTIALS
To ensure the safety of students, parents, and school personnel the following methods will be followed on the releasing of the report card and other credentials:
1. A Soft copy of documents will be received through emails.
2. The Hard copy of documents will be released by request.
Further instructions will be posted on May 25, 2020 at this page on the aforementioned method above.
B. START OF THE SCHOOL YEAR 2020 – 2021
The CLDH-EI Basic Education Department will start the S.Y 2020 – 2021 on August 24, 2020, and will end on April 30, 2021, as per the Guidelines released by the Department of Education.
C. ENROLLMENT SCHEDULE & PROCESS
a. Basic Education Enrollment will start on June 1, 2020, until all slots are completed.
b. There will be NO ENTRANCE EXAM for new students on all levels.
c. Enrollment can be done through the Assisted/Online process.
d. For the incoming Grade 12 students, automatic enrollment will be made, for those who have settled their accounts on or before this announcement.
e. A Separate announcement will be posted on this page for the assisted enrollment schedule and procedure for online enrollment.
D. LEARNING STRATEGY FOR NEW NORMAL ENVIRONMENT
Amidst the COVID-19 outbreak, the CLDH-EI Basic Education Department is dedicated to deliver quality education to its students. For the School Year 2020 – 2021, the method of learning will undergo different phases that will suffice the need of students and will give everyone an equal opportunity to learn.
E. TUITION AND OTHER FEES
A SOA (Statement of Account) for School Year 2019 – 2020 will be sent by coordinators/advisers to the parent through text messages, E-mails and, FB messenger. For students with over payment (with SHS voucher or ESC grantee) they may contact the CLDH-EI Basic Education Page for further instructions.

F. GRADUATION RITES, MOVING UP CEREMONY AND RECOGNITION
The CLDH-EI Basic Education Department, will follow the DepEd decision that conducting graduation rites and other end of school year activity will not be allowed while the COVID-19 threat in the country remains.
