Enrollment Procedure For College (Freshmen)
A.Y. 2021-2022

Step 1: Submission of Registration Form and Requirements

  • Fill-out Registration form online through this link: Click here
  • Attach/Upload as required in the online registration form, clear and readable scanned copies of the following:

Requirements (Photo Copy, PDF, DOCX)

1. High School ID
2. Report Card (Form 137/138)
3. Certificate of Good Moral from the previous school
4. PSA Birth Certificate

Step 2 – Receive Assessment Form via Email

  • The Registrar’s Office shall send via email the Assessed Fees and Payment Instruction together with the bank details for online payment.

Step 3 – Payment of Assessed Fees

Payment Options

a. Deposit payment to any Metrobank Branch
b. Mobile or Online Banking Metrobank or thru Instapay for other banks
c. Payment thru any branch of Cebuana Lhuillier nationwide
d. For walk-in payment to the Accounting Office please schedule an appointment thru this link: Click here

  • For payment options a, b & c, please ensure to send the validated deposit slips or screenshots of successful fund transfer to treasury@cldhei.edu.ph (Validation of payment is 2 to 3 Business days)
  • Note: When sending the validated deposit slip or screenshot of successful fund transfer, please follow the subject format as follows: Validated Deposit Slip / Name of the Student / Student #

Step 4 – Issuance Official Receipt (OR)

  • Official receipt shall be immediately issued to walk-in students/guardians who paid at the Accounting Office
  • Payment made thru mobile, online and thru our partner merchants – official receipt shall be issued after payment is verified. Scanned copy of the official receipt shall then be sent via email.
  • Once Official Receipt is issued, you are NOW OFFICIALLY ENROLLED!

Enrollment Procedure For College (Old Student)
A.Y. 2021-2022

Step 1: Fill-out Online Registration Form

  • Fill-out Registration form online through this link: Click here
  • Attach/Upload as required in the online registration form, clear and readable scanned copies of the following:

1. Latest CLDH-EI ID
2. Clearance Form

Step 2 – Receive Assessment Form via Email

  • The Registrar’s Office shall send via email the Assessed Fees and Payment Instruction together with the bank details for online payment.

Step 3 – Payment of Assessed Fees

a. Deposit payment to any Metrobank Branch

Enrollment Procedure For College (Transferee)
A.Y. 2021-2022

Transferee students are encouraged to enroll in person for checking and validation of requirements at the Registrar’s Office. You may secure your appointment thru this link Click here, 2 days before your desired date of visit.
